INTRODUCING SPRUCE LIMITED
We are a commercial fit-out and office furniture company founded in 1989, based in our own freehold offices/warehouses in Epsom, Surrey. Our goal is to provide practical working solutions to meet individual needs and this alongside the Spruce promise of a quality customer orientated service has proved to be a winning formula. Our vast experience and innovative approach to office fitout solutions ensures that all our clients enjoy an exceptional level of service and value.
We have constructed sites throughout the UK and around Europe and we would be more than happy to show you some of our completed sites. The projects range in size from as little as £100 up to contracts in excess of £1,600,000.00.
Spruce Limited were awarded the ‘Investors in People’ standard in September 2004 and renewed
in August 2007.
Spruce received independent accreditation concerning our Health & Safety procedures. This
accreditation is from National Britannia and their ‘Safe Contractor’ Scheme, which is becoming the
recognised standard within the Building Services Industry and by Facilities Management professionals.

Spruce Limited will implement a Safe Management System, which will incorporate:
The Clients safety requirements and codes of practice
• All statutory requirements
• Best industry practices
Our Project Managers throughout the project will ensure:
• Safe working systems are considered at all times
• Safety induction for all operatives
• Method statements, COSHH & Risk Assessments are produced
• Permit to work procedures are implemented
We have realised the limitations of our own Management of Health & Safety and have appointed an
external advisor, Elken Associates, to review, restructure and advise in all aspects of Health and Safety.
This will further improve our company's awareness and ability to both manage projects successfully
